Our Returns Policy lasts 15 days. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from Permatech within 15 days of the invoice date before any returns can be shipped. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns must be shipped prepaid with a copy of the RGA accompanying the return. Freight collect returns will not be accepted.
Manufacturers warranty applies to all products, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims after 15 days from purchase date. Returns on defective items determined to be in warranty will be replaced or repaired, and will be returned to the purchaser prepaid by surface freight. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt.
A customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
For items that are sold including delivery and installation: A customer can cancel their order within max. 30days from the installation date (T&C applies, detailed on the invoice). However, back charges against delivery and installation charge is applicable.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded only credited.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for some other reason, send us an email at email@example.com
To return your product, you should mail your product to Damascus Road, Al Qusais, Building 23, Ground Floor Showroom – Dubai UAE.
Any claim for damages to your order during shipping or otherwise must be made within 15 days. Check your order carefully when it’s received.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
